Being a Christian is trusting in Jesus…

The Bible tells us that there is nothing you or I can do to make ourselves acceptable to God.

NOPE - NOTHING!!!   The good we try to do can never take away the results of the wrong we have already done.

Jesus Christ is the only way…

• Jesus is God's son, perfect, holy and of eternal worth
  
• Jesus allowed Himself to be crucified on a cruel Roman cross .   In giving His life in this way, Jesus was able to take on Himself the punishment and consequences of sin for all who believe in Him
  
• Jesus rose again, defeating sin and death, the two great foes of mankind
