Ben - Pastor, Elder

Ben and his wife Rachel have been part of NSBC from it's early days. Ben serves in a variety of roles in the education sector. He loves to see people growing in the Lord and fulfilling the great commission thar Jesus gave us.

Marius - Elder

Marius grew up in Romania in a Christian family, blessed with the example of a faithful upbringing. He committed his life to the Lord at 17 and has since used his gifts to serve in various roles, including music, teaching, and preaching. After moving to the UK in 2008, Marius joined NSBC where he served as a deacon for two terms between 2012 and 2016. Passionate about worship as a lifestyle, he believes worship extends beyond music to encompass how we live daily. One of his favorite worship quotes is from Louie Giglio: "Worship is our response to what we value most. What we value most will determine how we live our lives."

Marius is also deeply committed to fostering strong, supportive relationships within the church, recognizing that Sunday mornings alone are not enough to nurture these bonds. He is passionate about Growth Groups, which provide a space for relationships to flourish around Bible study and fellowship. Outside of church life, Marius works full-time as a software consultant and enjoys riding his motorbike in his spare time.

Becky - Care and Connections Lead

Becky came to faith in 2003 through the churches Children’s ministry. She joined the NSBC team as Care and Connections Lead in November 2025.

Becky’s loves to be outside and her interests include walking, running, swimming, reading, art and watching all sorts of sport. All preferably by the sea
